Description
As a MIG/MAG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welded products according to technical drawings and specifications. You will work with various steel components, ensuring every weld meets the required quality standards.
Your main tasks include:
- Welding steel components using the MIG/MAG welding process
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding specifications
- Preparing materials before welding
- Adjusting welding parameters to achieve high-quality welds
- Assembling metal products and structures, mainly fencing systems and gates
- Inspecting finished welds and performing quality checks
- Using grinding tools for finishing work when required
- Maintaining welding equipment and keeping the workplace clean and organized
- Following all health and safety procedures and using the required personal protective equipment (PPE)
You will work closely with colleagues in the production department to ensure products are completed efficiently and according to quality standards.

- Full-time position (40 hours per week with overtime opportunities)
- Rotating two-shift schedule:
- Morning shift: 05:30 – 14:00
- Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:30
- Shift rotation every Wednesday
- Weekly salary payment
- Shift allowance for working rotating schedules
- Additional ADV allowance according to the Metal Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CAO)

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of MIG/MAG welding experience or relevant welding certificates
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Experience working with steel constructions or metal products
- Good command of the English language (minimum B1)
- European passport or valid Dutch work permit
- Good physical condition and ability to perform standing work throughout the day
- Safety-conscious and quality-oriented attitude
- Safety shoes and work clothing are required
- Driving licence (B) is preferred
