Description
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring industrial machines that produce metal fencing and related products. You will ensure the production process runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.
Your main tasks include:
- Operating large industrial machines for metal fence production
- Setting up and adjusting machine parameters when required
- Monitoring machine performance during production
- Performing basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Using an overhead crane to handle materials (if certified or experienced)
- Checking product quality during and after production
- Assisting with maintenance and basic technical interventions
- Ensuring a safe and clean working environment
You will work in a structured production environment, potentially in a 3-shift system depending on production needs.

- 05:30 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:30
- 21:30 – 05:30 (future possibility depending on workload)

Requirements
- Proven experience as a machine operator in an industrial environment
- Good mechanical and/or electrical understanding
- Experience operating an overhead crane is required or strongly preferred
- Willingness to work in a shift system (eventually 3 shifts)
- Good command of the Dutch language (mandatory)
- English is a plus
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- Safety-conscious and responsible attitude
- Technical mindset and problem-solving ability
