Description
As a Laundry Operator, you will work in one of the laundry departments and support the daily textile processing operations. The company works with industrial washing, drying, ironing and folding systems and provides full training on the machines and safety procedures.
The laundry has three main working areas:
Pre-wash department
• Unloading dirty laundry from containers
• Sorting textiles manually by type and category
• Preparing laundry for washing processes
• Working with conveyor systems and industrial washing equipment
Post-wash department
• Feeding textiles into ironing and folding machines
• Hanging or placing garments correctly in machines
• Performing final quality checks on clean laundry
• Checking garments for stains or damage
• Packing and preparing orders for shipment
Expedition department
• Preparing customer orders for delivery
• Packing and organizing finished textile products
• Loading and unloading goods
• Checking outgoing orders for accuracy
• Supporting warehouse and logistics activities
Additional tasks may include:
• Cleaning and basic maintenance of machines
• Following hygiene and safety procedures
• Keeping the workspace clean and organized
Depending on operational needs, employees may work in different departments and rotate between tasks.
The work is physical and requires standing, walking and moving throughout the day.

Requirements
• No experience required (training provided)
• European passport or valid work permit / Dutch residency permit
• Basic English communication skills (A2/B1 level)
• Motivated and reliable work attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical condition
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Safety shoes required
