Description
As a Laser Operator, you play a key role in the production process. You will ensure that laser cutting machines operate efficiently and accurately, producing components according to technical specifications and quality standards.
Your main tasks include:
- Programming and setting up laser cutting machines
- Operating and monitoring laser cutting equipment
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Checking dimensions and quality of finished parts
- Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Identifying technical issues and production bottlenecks proactively
- Adjusting machine settings when necessary to ensure optimal performance
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work environment
You will work closely with colleagues from different production departments to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements
- Experience as a Laser Operator or machine operator in a technical environment
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
- Technical insight and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and accurately
